Wilderness Project with Music, Poetry & Storytelling

October 7, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

This event, part of the Wilderness Project, will feature the live performance of the Wilderness EP by Dzidzor Azaglo. The Wilderness EP is an invitation to embrace the curiosity of living, liberation and God. It offers a space to pause, explore and wonder through the Wilderness. This event will also feature poetry by Letta Neely, immersive therapeutic sound by Marlene Boyette and a Capoeira and storytelling performance by Mestre.

Wilderness Project is an interactive art installation inviting participants to write ancient and new prayers, proverbs, and poems on ribbons tied to woven structures of Asiatic Bittersweet vines. The installation will be up from Sept 30–Oct 7th, 2022, and will include live music and performances on September 30th and Oct 7th. Visitors are invited to visit the exhibit and add ribbons and stories to the installation at any time between September 30th and October 7th.

Wilderness Project is supported by the Olmsted Now Parks Equity and Spatial Justice Grant and the Live Arts Boston Grant.
